Attorney Schöen Parnell (pronounced “shane”) is the former lead trial attorney for one of the busiest DUI defense law firms in Washington state. Over the past 10 years, he has tried hundreds of cases and has spoken at DUI seminars for Washington criminal defense attorneys.

Schöen Parnell is a member of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL). He serves on WACDL’s legislative committee, which monitors proposed state legislation and testifies before the Washington state house and senate committees. This allows Schöen to ensure that your rights are protected in the state legislature. It also helps him stay on top of changes in Washington law and to know how new laws affect defense strategies.
