Even in my last year of law school, while my classmates were studying in the library, I was trying cases with the public defender’s office. I went on to serve as an assistant public defender and developed a reputation for fighting for my clients no matter what. Back then, my boss would receive letters from people in jail asking that I get assigned as their attorney because they heard how hard I would fight for them.

Flat Pretrial Fees
I charge a pretrial flat fee for defending you on a DUI case. Many attorneys include a trial fee in their flat fee. I have found that only about 10% of a DUI attorney’s cases will go to trial, which is why I only charge a trial fee if you actually go to trial.
